Thank you for visiting our website.  Flashpoint German Shorthaired Pointers is located in Trabuco Canyon, California.  We have been involved with this breed for 16 years and our beautiful bitch Heidi, BISS Ch. Panamint's Bound for Glory JH gave birth to 12 healthy puppies 2 years ago. We kept 2 puppies from Heidi's litter, Baron and Amelia.  Baron  finished his show championship with 4 major wins, including back-to-back wins at Costa Mesa and Palm Springs in January 2011.  Amelia has 14 points towards her championship including both majors, with only one point left, we hope to finish her show title very soon.  Brother Cooper finished his championship in grand style taking back-to-back majors at the GSP of San Diego Club's Specialty and again at the Cabrillo Kennel Club on September 3rd.  Cooper was owner-handled to most of his wins including his 2 majors.  Cooper won Best of Breed at the San Luis Obispo show in November, owner handled.  Cooper continues to compete in the Specials ring and has several points towards his Grand Champsionship, he is also has his Junior Hunter title.  Baron is now a Junior Hunter passing his 4th and final brace at the GSP of Orange County's hunt test on November 20th.  Two of Heidi's puppies are featured in Cesar Millan's magazine, Cesar's Way.  Baron and Dante make regular appearances in the magazine as the "poster puppies" for Swiffer Wet Jet - very appropriate since we used it everyday to clean the puppy pen!  Rowan is doing very well in the field and just enjoyed a weekend of quail hunting at his ranch in Porterville.  We are very proud of Heidi's puppies and how well they are doing.  We regularly hear from all of our puppy buyers and are delighted to hear such good news about their progress and of the joy they are bringing to their owners.
